Routine Questions
For those of you that are looking to start with an exercise routine or change the one you are currently on please post your questions here. I will be happy to help you along. :)

Great idea for a group. I'd be interested to know what your exercise routine is and what you suggest for a good general routine to stay healthy. Personally I'm primarily doing lots of bike riding to stay healthy but I probably should balance stuff out more.

My Split
I have a pretty basic resistance training split. I divide the body in muscle groups and hit everything in 4 days. The workouts are no longer than one hour. The cardiovascular training portion is separate. I'll post up a small article I wrote in this groups blog for details. As far as the cardio I try to do at least 3 30 min. sessions each week.
